The Karlen is designed for family homes, dual-occupancy living, workers' accommodation and larger lifestyle properties. With 74 m² of floor area, it provides the space and layout flexibility of a permanent home in a relocatable structure.
Compared to the Catalyst, the Karlen offers 17 m² more floor area and the option of a third bedroom. The price difference between the Catalyst and Karlen starting prices reflects the additional structural scale rather than a proportional cost increase.
Transport Considerations
At 11.8m in closed transport form, the Karlen requires careful route planning. Longer loads may need pilot vehicles or permits depending on your state. We recommend confirming access and route feasibility before ordering.
