Starting Prices (Including GST)
Halo (20ft): From $35,900 including GST. Delivery not included.
Catalyst (30ft): From $58,900 including GST. Delivery not included.
Karlen (40ft): From $60,900 including GST. Delivery not included.
Starting prices reflect the base cottage with standard inclusions. Optional extras, configuration upgrades and delivery are additional.
What's Included in the Price
The starting price includes the complete cottage: galvanised steel frame, insulated panels, double-glazed windows, complete bathroom, complete kitchen, electrical fit-out, plumbing preparation, floor finish, security sliding fly wire front door and professional installation on your site.
The price does not include delivery, site preparation (foundations, utility connections), council fees, permits, crane hire or external works (decking, landscaping, driveways).
Payment Structure
Payments are staged across key milestones: deposit, production start, pre-delivery and completion. The exact stages and amounts are confirmed in your written quote.
Production begins after your deposit is received and your order is confirmed in writing.

Designed as relocatable, expandable structures. Their permitted placement and use depend on the property, local planning controls and intended use. They are not represented as Class 1a dwellings.
Designed and documented to support an application for a building permit. Approval is site-specific and remains subject to planning requirements, building surveyor assessment, engineering, reports and relevant authority approval.
