Expandable Cottage Delivery
We deliver and install our cottages Australia-wide. The delivery process is managed end-to-end — from factory to your prepared foundations. Here's what to expect and what to plan for.
The Delivery Process
1. Your cottage is built and inspected in the factory.
2. It is wrapped and loaded onto a truck in its folded (compact) form.
3. It is transported to your property by road.
4. A crane (if required) lifts the cottage onto your prepared foundations.
5. Our team expands and secures the cottage on site.
6. Final utility connections are completed.
Access Requirements
For delivery, we need: a truck route to your property, a clear area to park and unload, sufficient space to expand the cottage, and crane access if the cottage cannot be positioned directly from the truck.
Key things to check: gate widths (minimum 3m recommended), overhead power lines, narrow laneways, tight corners, steep driveways, tree branches and bridge weight limits.
If access is tight, the expandable design is advantageous — it arrives compact and requires less width during transport than a full-size portable building.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are indicative only. Final costs are confirmed after a site assessment and depend on distance, access conditions, crane requirements and transport availability.
