Configurations: Halo Open Plan, Halo One Bedroom, Halo Accessible, Halo Custom Consultation.
The Halo floor plan is suited to single-occupant living, guest accommodation and home offices. The accessible configuration includes wider doorways and a step-free bathroom entry.
Catalyst Series Floor Plans (30ft)
Open dimensions: 9.0m × 6.3m. Approximate floor area: 57 m².
Configurations: Catalyst Open Plan, Catalyst One Bedroom, Catalyst Two Bedroom, Catalyst Custom Consultation.
The Catalyst floor plans provide enough space for couple living, short-stay rental and farm accommodation. The two-bedroom layout separates sleeping and living areas effectively.
Karlen Series Floor Plans (40ft)
Open dimensions: 11.8m × 6.3m. Approximate floor area: 74 m².
Configurations: Karlen Two Bedroom, Karlen Three Bedroom, Karlen Custom Consultation.
The Karlen floor plans are designed for family living, with flexible two and three-bedroom arrangements. Each layout includes storage and laundry options, a full kitchen and a complete bathroom.
Explore Our Cottage Series
Designed as relocatable, expandable structures. Their permitted placement and use depend on the property, local planning controls and intended use. They are not represented as Class 1a dwellings.
Designed and documented to support an application for a building permit. Approval is site-specific and remains subject to planning requirements, building surveyor assessment, engineering, reports and relevant authority approval.
