Being based in Shepparton, we are well-positioned to service regional Victoria. Delivery to most regional centres is within 300km of our facility.
For remote rural properties, the expandable design is particularly advantageous — the cottage arrives in its compact form and is expanded on site, reducing access requirements compared to full-size portable buildings.
Off-Grid Options for Rural Properties
Many regional properties are not connected to mains utilities. Our cottages can be configured with solar power, battery storage, water tanks and wastewater options for off-grid living.

Compliance in Regional Victoria
Each regional council has its own planning scheme. Contact your local council for advice on whether a planning or building permit is required for an expandable cottage on your property.
Bushfire-prone areas may have additional requirements (BAL ratings). Heritage overlays, flood overlays and rural zoning all affect what is permissible. We recommend speaking with your council before ordering.
