Accessible configurations are designed to improve accessibility, but compliance with specific accessibility standards (such as AS 1428) should be confirmed with your building surveyor if required for your application.
Expandable cottages are not represented as Class 1a dwellings. Placement and use depend on your property, local planning controls and intended use.
