We deliver expandable cottages across Australia, with installation available where required. Whether you are in a capital city, a regional town or a rural property, our three series provide complete living spaces that are transported in compact form and expanded on site.
Three Series, Australia-Wide
Halo (20ft) — from $35,900 including GST. Compact living, guest accommodation and home offices.
Catalyst (30ft) — from $58,900 including GST. Mid-size layouts with one or two bedrooms.
Karlen (40ft) — from $60,900 including GST. Our largest series with two and three-bedroom configurations.
Price includes GST. Delivery, foundations, lifting, installation, utility connections and other site works are not included unless expressly stated in your written quotation.
Australia-Wide Delivery Process
Your cottage is built in the factory, wrapped for transport, loaded onto a truck in its folded form and delivered to your property. Our team then expands and secures it on your prepared foundations.
For remote locations, we may need to arrange a site assessment to confirm delivery feasibility and pricing. Transport considerations include distance, road access, bridge weight limits and whether a crane is required for positioning.
Interstate Compliance
Building and planning requirements differ between states and territories. What is permissible in one council area may not be in another. We recommend contacting your local council about your intended use before ordering.
Expandable cottages are relocatable structures and are not represented as Class 1a dwellings. If you need a building-permit-approvable structure, ask about the BPA pathway.
