Delivery Across Victoria

We deliver throughout Victoria including Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo, Ballarat, Shepparton, Albury-Wodonga, Gippsland and all regional areas. Delivery costs depend on distance from our Shepparton facility, site access and whether crane access is required.

For properties with narrow access or tight corners, the expandable design is advantageous — the cottage arrives in its compact form and is expanded on site.

Compliance Considerations in Victoria

In Victoria, the placement and use of an expandable cottage may require a planning permit and/or building permit depending on your zoning, overlays, the size of the structure and its intended use. Expandable cottages are not represented as Class 1a dwellings.

We recommend speaking with your local council about your intended use before placing an order. If you need a structure designed to support a building permit application, ask us about the BPA cottage pathway.

Expandable Cottages

Designed as relocatable, expandable structures. Their permitted placement and use depend on the property, local planning controls and intended use. They are not represented as Class 1a dwellings.

BPA Cottage Pathway

Designed and documented to support an application for a building permit. Approval is site-specific and remains subject to planning requirements, building surveyor assessment, engineering, reports and relevant authority approval.
