Short-Stay Rental Considerations
If you plan to use the cottage for short-stay rental (such as Airbnb), check your local council's requirements. Some councils require a permit for short-stay accommodation, and strata or estate covenants may also apply.
Our cottages are built to a residential standard with premium insulation and double-glazed windows, making them comfortable for guests year-round.
