Delivery to Southern NSW
Southern NSW is within our delivery service area. The Riverina (Wagga Wagga, Griffith, Leeton) is approximately 250-350km from our Shepparton facility. The Snowy Mountains region (including Cooma and Jindabyne) is further and may require additional transport planning.
For rural properties in southern NSW, the expandable design is well-suited — it arrives compact and is expanded on site.
Compliance in New South Wales
In NSW, planning and building requirements differ from Victoria. Contact your local council for advice on what approvals are required. NSW has specific rules for movable dwellings and manufactured homes under the Local Government Act and State Environmental Planning Policies.
Bushfire-prone areas in NSW may require a BAL assessment. We recommend discussing this with your council.
Expandable cottages are not represented as Class 1a dwellings. We recommend confirming your intended use with your local council before ordering.
