Suitable for Workforce Housing
The expandable design is ideal for workforce housing because cottages can be delivered, expanded and used quickly, then collapsed and relocated to the next site when the project moves.
Multiple cottages can be deployed side by side to create accommodation for several workers, with shared or individual facilities depending on the configuration.
Recommended Configurations
Halo (20ft) — Single-worker accommodation. Compact and efficient, with a complete bathroom and kitchenette.
Catalyst (30ft) — Two-worker or couple accommodation with separate sleeping and living areas.
Karlen (40ft) — Multi-worker or family-scale accommodation with two or three bedrooms.
